‘4 goals and 4 assists’ Son Heung-min is a candidate for the EPL’s December Player of the Month… Competition rate is 8 to 1

Tottenham Hotspur’s captain, Son Heung-min, has been named the “Player of the month of December” in the English Premier League. With a competition ratio of 8 to 1, Son is aiming for his fifth overall win.

The EPL secretariat announced on its official channel on Monday (local time) eight candidates for the EPL’s December 2023-24 season. Son Heung-min was also listed along with Trent Alexander-Arnold (Liverpool), Matheus Cunha (Wolverhampton), Mohamed Kudus (West Ham), and Michael Olise (Crystal Palace).

Son Heung-min showed his best performance last month. He appeared in seven games and scored four goals and four assists, posting an average of more than one offensive point per game.

He scored the most attack points among the eight candidates. Following Son, Bournemouth striker Dominic Solanke (six goals), Chelsea striker Cole Palmer (four goals and two assists), and Wolverhampton striker Cunha (three goals and three assists) scored six attack points.

Son started the month fresh by scoring one goal and one assist in his first away game against Manchester City in December last year. He then scored one goal and two assists against Newcastle, ending his team’s lackluster performance in five consecutive games (1 draw and four losses).

Son’s performance did not stop there. Son scored one goal in the match against Everton on April 24, had one assist in the match against Brighton, and also scored in the match against Bournemouth, scoring an offensive point in three consecutive matches, ending the December period.

If Son wins the Player of the Month award in December, it will be his fifth career award. Son, who first won the Player of the Month award in September 2016, has already won the Player of the Month award this season. 헤라카지노

Son Heung-min, who has been on par with legends Alan Shearer and Thierry Henry (retired), will be tied with Wayne Rooney (retired) and Mohamed Salah (Liverpool) if he receives it for the fifth time.

The most records in this category are Harry Kane (Bayern Munich) and Sergio Aguero (retired), who have won seven awards.
