Bento’s UAE and powerhouse Iran will win the first round of mass scoring

The United Arab Emirates (UAE), led by former South Korean national soccer team coach Paulo Bento, has started the 2023 Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Qatar Asian Cup challenge smoothly with a multi-score victory.

UAE defeated Hong Kong 3-1 in the first Group C match of the tournament at Khalifa International Stadium in Doha, Qatar.
