Mittwylan take a 4-1 win over Hvidørre thanks to a strong performance from Korean players.
After 14 rounds of the 2023-2024 Danish Superliga, Mittwillan defeated Hvidørre 4-1 at Hvidørre Stadion in Hvidørre, Denmark on Saturday. Midtjylland remained in third place in the league (27 points), while Hvidørre remained in 12th place (3 points).
Mitwylan continued their strong run of form. Against Hvidore, who are last in the league, they opened the scoring in the 19th minute when Dario Osorio crossed a ball from Cho Kyu-sung’s head that the defense failed to clear, allowing Franculinho to calmly finish in front of goal.
Cho Kyu-sung also found the back of the net after a long time. He converted a penalty kick awarded by Adam Gabriel with a neat shot that fooled the goalkeeper in the 28th minute. It was his first goal in seven official matches for Mittwilan.
Cho Kyu-sung’s performance on the day was good. He played the full game and used his head to link up and shoot to energize the Meatwillan offense. In the 11th minute of the first half and the third minute of the second half, he was well positioned to head in Paulinho’s crosses, but he missed the target just wide of the goal.
Mitwillan added an unassisted goal in the 43rd minute to make it 3-0 at halftime. Magnus Fredrun pulled one back in the 22nd minute of the second half, but it was still a comfortable lead.
Head coach Thomas Thomasbert brought on Lee Han-Bum in the 43rd minute of the second half. With the win already secured, it was the perfect time to test the unused player’s game. Lee finally made his debut for Mittwilan.
He made an immediate impact. In the 45th minute, he found himself wide open on the right touchline and delivered an exquisite penetrating pass through the opposition defense. After a good move, Ola Brünnhilsen had a one-on-one opportunity and calmly slotted the ball into the back of the net. Lee also picked up an assist just two minutes into his debut. 무지개토토 주소
It was a remarkable performance given how few chances he had. With only five touches and four passes on the day, Lee virtually never touched the ball. In fact, it was his one chance that caught Thomas Vermeer’s eye with a perfect pass.
